About Dr. Rajkumari Sahane

Dr. Rajkumari Sahane is a self-motivated and goal-oriented Pharmacologist with 20+ years of experience spanning academia, medical writing, and pharmaceutical regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Assistant Manager, Regulatory Affairs (Chennai, Tamil Nadu), she brings proven ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans in the healthcare industry. She has demonstrated success in leadership, operational excellence, and organisational development with a keen understanding of the elements of healthcare business, and is recognised for inspiring management team members to excel and encouraging creative work environments. Prior to this, Dr. Sahane worked as a Medical Writer and Business Analyst (2018–2020), collaborating closely with organisational leadership and the board of directors to strategically guide operational direction. She served as an Assistant Professor and Research Guide for Postgraduate students at Sinhgad College of Pharmacy, Vadgaon Bk, Pune for over 12 years (2006–2018), with subject expertise in Molecular Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, and Advanced Pharmacology. She holds a Ph.D in Pharmacology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2018–2024), a Master's in Pharmacology (Grade A) from Padmashri Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research, Pune, and a Certificate in Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials from Johns Hopkins University (Coursera, 2020). She also holds a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Bharti Vidyapeeth's New Law College, with study emphasis on Patent Law, Intellectual Property, and Geographical Indications.
