Shyam Dhumal is the Founder of PrognoHealth Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., a Pune-based preventive healthcare and corporate wellness company. He works with business leaders and HR teams across India to move employee health from reactive treatment to proactive prevention — designing corporate health check-up programmes, workplace wellness initiatives and health-awareness campaigns that organisations can actually sustain. His own career began in door-to-door sales, selling Yellow Pages advertisements, followed by twelve years building and leading teams at ICICI, before he took the leap into entrepreneurship and founded PrognoHealth. That journey shaped a belief he returns to often: careers, like good health, are not built overnight — they are built through consistency, learning, resilience and the courage to keep moving forward. Alongside his work in corporate wellness, Shyam is a regular speaker on preventive healthcare, entrepreneurship and the future of work, and was invited as Resource Person at Vishwakarma University's Students' Induction Programme for a session on "Next-Generation Commerce: E-Commerce Meets AI". He writes for PrognoHealth on preventive health, nutrition and food-label awareness, workplace wellness and health literacy, with a consistent focus on translating complex health topics into practical, everyday guidance for employees and employers alike.
